Justo cuando se les ofrece protecci\u00f3n, alguien los manipul\u00f3 para que piensen que perder\u00e1n sus empleos y cobrar\u00e1n menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede en la calle?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana, cientos de repartidores cerraron Paseo de la Reforma, Circuito Interior y Perif\u00e9rico. Exig\u00edan que la STPS y el IMSS les expliquen por qu\u00e9 les descontar\u00e1n 2\u202f% de sus ingresos al alcanzar un salario m\u00ednimo, y amenazan con seguir bloqueando hasta que se les aclare todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 les ofrece la reforma?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Afiliaci\u00f3n al IMSS, acceso a atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, pensi\u00f3n, licencias y guarder\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ahorro autom\u00e1tico en vivienda e Infonavit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecci\u00f3n por accidentes laborales, enfermedad, invalidez, maternidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibilidad garantizada: siguen eligiendo sus horarios y pueden dejar de trabajar cuando quieran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin nuevos impuestos: solo aportan 2\u202f% de sus ingresos al IMSS, sin IVA ni ISR extra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si llega a ganar el salario m\u00ednimo, su cuota mensual ser\u00eda aproximadamente:<br><strong>$7,900\u202fMXN * 0.025 \u2248 197\u202fMXN<\/strong>, menos que una receta completa de medicinas comunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y aqu\u00ed es donde la inteligencia artificial y la estupidez humana se unen para opinar\u2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQui\u00e9n inform\u00f3 mal a estos trabajadores? \u00bfQui\u00e9n les susurr\u00f3 al o\u00eddo que tendr\u00e1n que pagar un \u201cimpuesto\u201d oneroso y perder\u00e1n su libertad? \u00bfQu\u00e9 los convenci\u00f3 de que acceder a derechos es una amenaza?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El bloque fue m\u00e1s pol\u00edtico que laboral.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos bloqueos afectan a miles de personas cada d\u00eda, generan caos vial y con lluvia\u2026 y todo por miedo y desinformaci\u00f3n. Cuando lo que se les ofrece es estabilidad, salud y oportunidades \u2014no p\u00e9rdida\u2014 resulta evidente que otra agenda los manipula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfY ahora qu\u00e9?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n clara y p\u00fablica: que el IMSS, STPS y plataformas expliquen, con ejemplos reales, lo que significa esta reforma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversaci\u00f3n tripartita urgente: que los trabajadores vean c\u00e1lculos precisos, no suposiciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rechazar la manipulaci\u00f3n: protestar est\u00e1 bien. Que protesten contra mejoras, es absurdo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insistir en su futuro: esta no es una renuncia sino un paso adelante en dignidad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En resumen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagar <strong>197\u202fMXN<\/strong> aproximados al mes para tener atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, pensi\u00f3n, Infonavit, guarder\u00eda\u2026 y mantener su flexibilidad laboral. \u00bfEso amerita un bloqueo, caos vial y descalificaci\u00f3n del gobierno?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El miedo que alguien les meti\u00f3 es m\u00e1s da\u00f1ino que cualquier descuento.
